Over the Easter break, StageBox Kids came down to The Groovement Project Dance Company in Plymouth and held auditions for their agency! As a StageBox affiliated partner, GPDC are able to offer incredible opportunities like this to their young performers.

A massive well done to every single one of the students that auditioned! Groovement received some incredible feedback from StageBox following the auditions and are very proud of all of their dancers for acting with such professionalism.

Four of the performers at GPDC were offered places on the StageBox Musical Theatre Pathway. A huge well done to Niko Merelle, Elizabeth Daw, Liberty Dorsett, and Olivia Juno Cleverly for gaining places on this prestigious course.

Olivia Watson was also successful in her audition, being offered a place on their Acting Pathway. She will be joining Groovement’s performers Lullah Fletcher and Scarlett Sommerfeld, who are already part of the StageBox Acting Pathway.

Niko Merelle was not only a recipient of an offer on their Musical Theatre Pathway, but of their Rising Talent Award – a prestigious scholarship awarded by StageBox waiving all fees of their training programme.

This is such an amazing opportunity to the young people in Plymouth and the surrounding areas and Groovement are feeling very grateful to be able to provide such an experience for their young performers.
